Best Cycling Sunglasses for the money? (Oakley vs 100% vs POC)

I break down 3 brands of sunglasses (Oakley vs 100% vs POC). This video is supported by Competitive Cyclist, use code VEGANCYCLE15 for 15% off your first purchase here: http://bit.ly/2YnZsuY *Some brands excluded.

The breakdown of these 3 brands (Oakley vs 100% vs POC) is obviously super subjective as this is more about your personal taste. But I really try to talk about the performance of each glass vs their price and their popularity. I also try to show how the glasses improve the visual by overlaying a filter on the video. I am like, super proud of that part ;)

////POC ASIPERS & FULL BLADES @ 2:30
Price: 2/5 stars
Performance: 2/5 stars
Uniqueness: 4/5 stars

////100% Glendales & Speedcraft @ 6:30
Price: 3.5/5 stars

////Oakley Surto & Wind Jacket @ 9:04
Performance: 5/5 stars
Uniqueness: 1/5 stars

Full disclosure, I USED TO HAVE a deal with POC, they ended that deal a year ago. I tired to get a relationship with 100% but nothing ever came of that, and I am banging down the door of Oakley but havent got anything set up with them yet. So as this video was created, I have ZERO ties to the companies I mentioned here. I dont benefit from giving one a nod over the other, I have no sponsorship obligations to Oakley or 100% or POC.
How much difference is there between a Canyon superbike with the latest Shimano Dura Ace R9170 Hydraulic groupset, and a bike bought from Ebay for £90?

Matt and Si compete in four challenges: climbing, descending, braking, and time trialling, to see how big the difference is between the two bikes.

Although the differences are pretty big between the two bikes, its not to say that you can't have a great time on a cheaper bike.
Mylungpuppy is the channel of musician Ron Anderson. https://www.ronanderson-molecules.com I have been making avant-music for over forty years in a number of different projects; PAK, The Molecules, RonRuins, numerous collaborations and solo. I combine composition and improvisation exploring the regions where they intersect. Sometimes my music is brutal, but I’m not afraid of melody, in general my work is pretty much "out there". The main focus of my channel is music, but I also make vlogs on various subjects, cycling, touring and traveling, vegan food, rare vinyl LPs, audio field recordings, etc. Because not everyone is going to be interested in all the subjects covered on this channel, I have made playlists so you do not have to search through videos to find what you are looking for. I try to answer questions and respond to as many comments as I can, any and all feedback from you is welcome. I'm trying to make at least one or two new videos a week.

We came down to South Africa for the Cape Argus Tour. It is the biggest cycling event in the world, probably.
On Friday, to stretch out the legs we went on pre-race ride [~130km why not?] to the Cape of Good Hope [I love this name!]. The road by the ocean side was quiet and a lille deserted.

Suddenly, I spotted a white ostrich on my left, then this beast jumped on the road from the right and started chasing my friends! It was a little scary at first, but then I thought I gonna fell of my bike from laughter. The ostrich didn't have any problem to keep up at 50km/h and apparently they do 70km/h with no sweat.

Luckily the creature decided to leave us alone, as we were running out of road. The Cape of Good hope is a dead end way.

My guess he wanted to show off in front of his girlfriend, i bet she was very impressed!

Bobbing, Bouncing, knees out, and elbows out. There are a few simple ways to combat these common cycling problems.

The first is a combination of core work and stretching. This will not only allow you to keep yourself more stable while riding, it will also stop a number of the muscular imbalances that could lead to your knees or elbows coming out of line.

The second is making sure your position on the bike is correct. For example if your saddle is too low you might find your knees coming out of line and you might bounce on the saddle at higher cadences.

Let us know how you get on with fixing your bad cycling habits in the comments below

When you think of becoming a stronger cyclist it might be that you think of your sprint power, how ripped your legs are, or, maybe, whether you can pull through and take your turn at the front when the weather gets grim. What then means then, is that, although it's difficult to define cycling strength for everyone, there are plenty of ways that you can get stronger on the bike. Here are three of them.
