Description

Here's a good meal to eat before you go out on that big bike ride, cycling and especially long distance cycling can take it out of you so why not start the ride with a full belly and hit those hills hard. I use my ninja mega kitchen to do this but you can use any sort of blender I guess.

This is like a meal but in liquid form it's easy to get down and tastes great also. During the rest of the ride I eat about 3 dates an hour I also use Gatorade powder in my water bottle and for really long rides I take out some extra electrolyte tablets there just easier to carry.
